Das Festival Metaldays 2021 findet nächstes Jahr vom 25. bis 31. Juli statt. Das Festival wird in Tolmin ausgetragen.
Der Veranstalter gibt folgende Informationen zum Ticketkauf, zur Gültigkeit der Karten für die diesjährige Ausgabe sowie zu einer möglichen Rückerstattung:
Tickets für MetalDays 2021 sind im Verkauf!
Die Termine für MetalDays 2021 stehen fest: 25.7.–31.7.2021. Das Lineup für 2020 wird größtenteils auf 2021 übertragen. Die Besucherzahl beim Festival ist auf 12.000 begrenzt. Aktuell sind nur 2000 Festivaltickets erhältlich. Die Anzahl der zum Verkauf stehenden Festivaltickets hängt von der Anzahl der Spenden und Rückgaben der MetalDays-2020-Tickets ab.

MetalDays-2020-Ticket gilt für MetalDays 2021!
Wer bereits ein Festivalticket für MetalDays 2020 hat und MetalDays 2021 besuchen möchte, muss nichts weiter tun, als es am Einlass vorzuzeigen.
Dein MetalDays-2020-Ticket ist nämlich für MetalDays 2021 gültig. Dasselbe gilt für bereits gekaufte Parktickets, Stromanschlüsse, New Metal Festival-Tickets und Comfort Area Upgrade-Tickets.
Solltest du dich dazu entschließen, dein MetalDays-2020-Ticket zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt zurückzugeben, bitten wir dich ausdrücklich, die Rückerstattungsoption zu nutzen. Damit hilfst du uns gleich auf mehreren Ebenen:
* Wir behalten den Überblick, wie viele Tickets für 2021 noch für den Verkauf freigegeben werden können.
* Mit jedem Ticket, das im offiziellen Festivalshop verkauft wird, wird das Überleben des Festivals realistischer.
* Aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrungen mit der Pandemie und den Absagen der Festivalsaison 2020 werden alle Partner und auftretenden Musiker mit Sicherheit früher als üblich Vorauszahlungen verlangen. Das alles ist einfacher zu stemmen, je mehr Tickets im offiziellen Festivalshop verkauft werden.
MetalDays 2020 – Ticketrückerstattung.
Gemäß unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, die in Übereinstimmung mit dem slowenischen Recht verfasst sind, sind wir im Falle höherer Gewalt („force majeure“) nicht zur Rückerstattung des Ticketpreises verpflichtet. Wir sind jedoch der Meinung, dass es unangemessen wäre, euer Geld gegen euren Willen einzubehalten. Daher bieten wir für bereits gekaufte Festivaltickets für MetalDays 2020 eine Rückerstattungsoption an – allerdings wird die Rückerstattung erst nach dem Festival MetalDays 2021 bearbeitet und ausgezahlt.
Die slowenische Regierung hat bis heute keine Regelung verabschiedet, die die entstandene Situation regelt, und es sieht derzeit nicht danach aus, dass sich daran kurzfristig etwas ändern wird. Deshalb haben wir uns entschieden, die Situation so schnell wie möglich und in bestem Einvernehmen zu lösen, das allen Beteiligten gerecht wird. Wir bitten euch ausdrücklich, die vorgeschlagene Rückerstattungsoption anzunehmen. Der Großteil des Geldes aus den MetalDays-2020-Tickets ist in die Produktionsinvestitionen für das Festival geflossen, und wir sind finanziell nicht in der Lage, das Geld früher als angegeben zurückzuerstatten. Dazu kommen noch 15 Monate Geschäftsbetrieb mit sehr unsicheren Einnahmen vor uns. Das Rückerstattungsformular wird ab nächster Woche auf www.metaldays.net verfügbar sein.
Dasselbe gilt für bereits gekaufte Parktickets, Stromanschlüsse, New Metal Festival-Tickets und Comfort Area Upgrade-Tickets.

Festival is limited to 12000 visitors. At the moment only 2000 tickets are on sale. The number of available tickets for sale will depend on the amount of donations and refunds of MetalDays 2020 tickets.

MetalDays 2020 ticket is valid for MetalDays 2021!
If you already have a ticket for MetalDays 2020, and you would like to visit MetalDays 2021, you just have to come to the festival and make sure you have your ticket for MetalDays 2020 with you.
No additional action is needed.
This is also valid for New Metal Festival tickets, Parking tickets, Electricity Hook up, and Comfort Area upgrade.
If you decide to sell your MetalDays 2020 ticket at some later point, we kindly ask you to use the refund option.
By using the refund option you are helping MetalDays festival in many ways;
*We have a tracking of how many tickets for MetalDays 2021 are still available for sale.
*With every ticket sold in our official shop, MetalDays’s surviving becomes more realistic.
*Due to the bad experience with cancelations in 2020, every partner and artist are going to insist on an advance payment lot earlier than usual. Every sold ticket in our official shop makes advance payments easier for us.
MetalDays 2020 ticket refund!
According to our Terms & Conditions, that are written in accordance with Slovenian Laws, in force majeure situations like this, we are not mandatory to refund your ticket money. But, we think this would not be fair to you, and we could not live knowing that we have kept your money against your will.
Therefore we offer you a refund option, but we can initiate a refund only after MetalDays 2021.
As of now, Slovenian government has not announced any regulation regarding situations like ours. It does not look like we will have needed regulations any time soon. Therefore we decided to handle this situation with our best intentions and in a way that is beneficial for all sides involved.
We are kindly asking you to accept our proposed way of refund.
Biggest part of the Money from tickets for 2020 went for a organisation of MetalDays 2020, and we don’t have enough to refund your tickets now.
Beside that we have 15 months of operation with very uncertain income.
Refund form, and all needed instructions will be available at www.metaldays.net from the next week on.
